Nancy Oakley the media and event director welcomed the MADHOUSE Tour to the CVAR Podcast on May 28th. For more than 90 minutes we talked about the value of good mental health, the issues that can arise from stress agents face, and some strategies they can employ to manage. we also had a chance to discuss more important matters like the incredibly tasty Trader Joe's ice cream bon bons. I'm grateful to Nancy for her support and that of CVAR in their understanding of the stress agents face and the value seeking help can offer both personally and professionally.
